1. Terms & Conditions

Business Type: Tour Operator and Lifestyle Experiences (Jet Cars, SeaBobs, Drone Kayak Shoots, Hookah, Yacht Charters, etc.)

A. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, booking online, or participating in any Huqqa Adventures Limited experience, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any bookings.

B. Services Overview

Huqqa Adventures Limited provides tourism, adventure, and lifestyle experiences across multiple hotel and resort properties in Jamaica. These include, but are not limited to:

Jet Car Rentals

SeaBob Experiences

Clear Kayak Drone Photoshoots

Yacht Charters

Fly Dress Photoshoots

Hookah Rentals & Cabanas

Floating Bar Events (e.g., Poko Loko)

Herbal Lifestyle Tours (where applicable)

C. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any experience unless stated otherwise. Valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in.

D. Bookings & Cancellations

Deposits: All bookings require full payment or a deposit depending on the experience.

Cancellations:

100% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the scheduled activity.

50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours.

No refund if cancelled under 24 hours or for no-shows.

Weather Policy: In the event of weather disruptions, activities may be rescheduled or relocated.

Refunds will be provided only if services are completely cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

E. Liability Waiver

Participation in any of our experiences is at your own risk. By booking, you agree to release Huqqa Adventures Limited, its employees, affiliates, hotel partners, and subcontractors from any liability for injuries, damages, losses, or deaths resulting from participation.

Activities may involve inherent risk, including but not limited to:

Physical activity in open waters

Travel on vehicles (Jet Cars, SeaBobs)

Exposure to smoke (Hookah)

Drone filming from above

You must follow safety instructions at all times.

F. Subcontractors & Third Parties

Some experiences may be conducted by approved third-party vendors (e.g., JUTA transport, Jet Car providers, hotel partners).

> Huqqa Adventures Limited ensures quality and safety across all experiences, but assumes no

liability for actions of independent contractors or partners. Guests are advised

G. Media Consent & Opt-Out

By participating, you agree to photo and video recording, including drone footage.

These may be:

Delivered to you as part of your booking

Used in promotional materials, social media, or on our websites

To opt out, please notify a staff member at check-in or send a message via WhatsApp. Your request will be respected.

H. Accessibility

We strive to make our experiences and website accessible to all. If you have specific physical, dietary, or accessibility needs, please contact us in advance.

I. Jurisdiction, Law & Disputes

All services are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

English is the governing language of all agreements and disclaimers.

J. Pricing & Taxes

Prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise stated, and:

Do not include GCT (General Consumption Tax) unless explicitly stated.
